I woke up this morning around 7. Instead of napping for a few hours, I slept for 14 hours... I felt like I was going to die. It was so humid. I was sticky and could barely breath. I got ready and waited to have breakfast at the hostel. I just ate bread. I sat at a table with this Asian guy, who was creepily staring at me. He's judging me, I just know it.
I said my farewell to the Argentinian girl. We should've exchanged names. I can't believe it never came up. Hahaha.

I went to the metro and asked around for directions to see the Eiffel Tower. I figured since it was early, I would go there first without having to wait in line. Right when I go out of the metro, I was so excited! Finally! I'm in the Paris that I've experienced through the movies I've watched! Regardless of yesterday's fails, I was really excited.
Then a young gypsy girl asked me for money. -_-
I told her I didn't have too much money, but she didn't even understand English, she just put her hand out and wouldn't let me leave. She even pushed me. Yo, I was ready to smack a bitch.
Anyways, the Tour d' Eiffel was amazing. I can't believe I was there.
The sad thing about traveling alone is that no one can take pictures of you for you. The problem with asking someone to take a picture for you, is that they could run off with your camera. So I did what Brittany told me to; ask a person with a camera to take a picture for you. I asked this guy with a really nice camera, thinking he could take really good pictures. Nope... That guy was a noob. Haha. Oh well, this is the best one I got.
As I walked closer to the Tour d' Eiffel, more people asked for money. I feel so bad declining them, but they don't have to be so mean. They shouldn't even be asking for money at all. -_-
At 11 in the morning, the lines were already crazy long. I found one line with barely anyone there, and I ran to it. Unfortunately, that line is to walk up the Eiffel Tower. Nah Ah. There was no way I was going to walk up that thing in a dress and bad sandals. It was nice and all, but sorry Tour d' Eiffel, you are not worth the lines and stairs. At least not today. Maybe some time in the future.
I walked on. I saw a stadium with people walking in and out. It was the Homeless World Cup. Huh? Hobos playing football? I decided to check it out. The games wouldn't start until 12, so I walked around again.
Again, another gypsy child asked me for money. This time, it was a boy, I said no, proceeded to talk away. He tried to stop me and pushed me in the boob. Oh hell no! I was so angry. Damn my kind self. I just walked away.
I went to buy some water and the guys selling it to be were actually excited that I was American, although they made fun of my accent a bit before. Finally, someone in France that actually liked Americans. The French people here rather me speak in Spanish than English. Those guys were Brazilian, not French. That's probably why they were so nice to me. Haha.
I went back to the stadium and sat next to this old man. He seemed nice, but he couldn't speak English at all. I sat near the Australian team. It was kind of funny because the Australians kept standing up and walking around and blocking his view, but he didn't know how to ask them to move. Haha.
First up was Portugal and France. Those Portuguese guys were pretty cute. Guess who I was cheering for? ;)The game was pretty exciting! I really enjoyed it. I gotta get into it more.
After the game, the girls were going to play. Yup, I left. Haha. I had to explore as much as I could because my bus leaves for London at 23:00 tonight. I walked around a bit more. The backroads are so much nicer. Less pollution and quieter. Except for this huge group of Asian people waiting outside for the this Chinese restaurant to open. -_-
Then it rained for a bit. -_-. But I'm a trooper. I still couldn't believe I was in the area where so many movies were filmed!
Then I took the metro to Notre Dame.
I actually wish my family was with me. They would really love it, especially since somewhere down the line, I'm part French. I actually saw a lot of people from Vietnam in Paris on vacation. Typical. Anyways, the line was long to see Notre Dame, but at least it was free. I tried to stay close behind this Asian family to look like I was with them. Haha. They were too far back. So I just cut the line like a BAMF. The sign said no cameras allowed. Right when we got inside, all you saw were flashes. Haha. Stupid tourists.
After taking a few pictures, :), I realized I was really hungry. Haha. Totally forgot to eat lunch. I bought a sandwich and went souvenir shopping. I can't believe how many souvenir shops there were. I had to find the best deals. It was pretty cheap in general. I bought postcards, too! I wish I collected them from all the places I've been so far.
Then someone asked me for money. -_-. Homie, we are in the vicinity of a holy cathedral. I hope you go to hell.
My next stop was the Louvre. It was only 10 euros for admission. I only planned to stay like an hour, and I would not even be close to seeing everything on one floor of the Louvre, so I just took picture around it and through the little peep windows. Hahaha. I got someone to take a picture for me! Wow. I look bloated.
I walked through the garden and there was a carnival going on! Yay! I kind of wanted someone to be with me and go on the rides. Its kind of lame when you're by yourself on a carnival ride.
My next and last stop was the Arc de Triomphe.
I was so confused. The street did not have a crosswalk. After trying to cross the street for like 15 minutes, I saw the sign for the "Arc de Triomph" pointing underground. Fail. Haha. There were so many military men there. Hello cuties. I wanted a picture with the Arc but everyone looked to sketchy. Anyways, I think the best angle of taking a picture of it is across the street where I was before or in the middle of the street. Too bad I didn't find the love of life that would be willing to risk their lives to take this one picture for me.
I decided to go back to the hostel and get ready to leave. It was only like 17:30 but I really didn't want to be out and rush back later. I bought some pastries for later and went back on the metro. I signed out and walked to the metro with all my luggage. I can't believe how heavy it is! The good thing is that now people were actually helping me with my luggage! I couldn't find Gallieni! It was so frustrating looking for the stop with all my stuff. Thank god the bus comes every 5-7 minutes. I arrive at the bus station at around 19:00. My bus wasn't going to leave for 4 hours. So I spent the rest of my coin euros on the internet kiosk at the station. I kept forgetting that the keyboards are different in every country. I kept getting confused and typing incorrectly. Then I called home. My parents don't love me. Haha. They didn't even get in contact with me when the riots were happening in England. Every time I've called home, my parents were always at a church party or throwing one. -_- So typical. Then I bought water at the cafe from a bitch. I don't think she likes Americans. Or maybe its just me she doesn't like... Hahaha.
Now to wait for the bus! I guess I'll read my Grimms' Fairy Tales book. <3
