Its a shame we didn't find Nemo in Sydney.
This was the first time in years that I was able to celebrate Angel(a)’s birthday with her. I’ve always been out of the state/country during her birthday but I couldn’t miss this! We’re both on the other side of the world, regardless of the fact that we’re two hours away from each other.

We got here Friday afternoon and she showed Flor, Rachel, Carla, and me her hotel room and university. Its really nice, reminds me of Oxford. Its definitely not like my uni in Newcastle. You know how when you look at the front of the building and you know it’s the front because it usually looks nice, and you can tell what side is the back because its plain?
Well, every building in UoN looks like the back of the building.

Anyways, it was cool. USyd has a graffiti tunnel where its just graffiti art on graffiti art. Its mind-blowingly awesome. I bet you can see it on my face. Haha.
We spent the first night in and met some other people in Angel(a)’s program. The real reason we spent it in was because she couldn’t make it out. She passed out at 10:30. Haha. I guess I did my job with the birthday girl, even though it was two days early. Teehee.

After, we explored Darling Harbour, which happened to be hosting a Boat Show and street performers, Beat the Streets, who are going to compete in the TV show, Everybody Dance Now.
That night, I made hotpot! Ahh!
I’ve been craving it but I couldn’t find the right barbeque sauce. It doesn’t seem like Australia sells it. :(
After dinner, we all got dolled up for the club.
We went to Ivy. It was a really nice club, with multiple floors and a swimming pool area. I finally found a place that played really good music. Loved it! At midnight, I bought the birthday girl a drink and we went back not too long after. The next day we woke up and I had Hungry Jacks for the first time. It’s not really the first because Hungry Jack’s is Burger King. I don’t know why it’s called Burger King everywhere else in the world but Australia.
Now I'm finally back and I'm ready to sleep.
