Last Day in Oxford!

Today is the last day of the whole program! :(

I was really looking forward to a nice chill day in Oxford. Unfortunately, I have to pack today...

Its raining on and off like crazy here, too! BOOOO! Thank god I brought my rainboots with me, because these last few weeks has been pouring rain. Its weird though, I would think that more English people would wear rainboots, but no... I swear, I was the only one with rainboots in the whole town.

Marissa and I went to eat Thai food! Finally! It was all right, but its really cheap. I solved my money issue, I would pay for everything and Marissa would reimburse me back in cash! Mad smart. Haha. Then we went to Primark and Apricot for the last time. :( Gonna miss those places.

I made a list of things I wanted to do before I left Oxford:

- eat outside a cafe

- get authentic bangers and mash

- go to the best wine bar in Oxford

- sketch bridge

- go to St. Mary's tower

- buy Oxford Pub Crawl Poster

- go to the Pitts Rivers Museum

- go to University Parks

Obviously, eating outside, sketching a bridge, and going to a tower today would suck. Also, I keep forgetting, that the sausages here are not like the sausages back at home, and I've had them already, so I don't really need to get it for the experience. :( So I'll save that for when I come back in the future. Then we went to get the poster at Blackwell's. I realized that I would have no room for it and/or ruin the poster, so I didn't get that. Definitely will get it later, I need to go to all these pubs!

Marissa and I bought books at Blackwell's instead! Haha. I bought the cutest little books! Marissa bought some Harry Potter books to add to her collection of HP books from around the world! I would do that if I knew how to keep the books looking nice. Its really funny how the English version of HP is so different than the American version. The UK covers are so much nicer!

After all that shopping, we decided to go back to finish packing, then go to Jericho to find the best wine bar in Oxford, eat, then go out tonight! LIVE IT UP!

PACKING WAS SUCH A FAIL. I took out everything and I had barely no room to walk around. People were walking by my room giving be the WTF?! face. "How do you have so much stuff?!"

Honestly guys, I don't know...

I didn't finish packing but we went to Jericho anyways. I finally got a somewhat decent picture of Oxford University Press!

We ended up not finding the best wine bar... I wish I paid attention when my tutor took us by it. We ate at the Jericho Tavern. Pretty good. I wish I went to Jericho before this last week. There's so much more to explore! Then we went back to Trinity through the back, thanks to the porters! <3

Now I have to figure out how to pack everything... I have a lot more stuff than when I got here...and I had A LOT of stuff coming here. How am I going to get this suitcase to be under 50 lbs?! Roar!

Ugh! I still have to plan my Paris and London trips, too!
